Terms and Conditions
We require a 25% deposit and the remainder six weeks before arrival.

CANCELLATION
When you book your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract. If you are forced to cancel or cut short your holiday, for whatever reason, under the law you may be liable for cancellation charges.
 
You may cancel your booking at any time provided you do so in writing to Ralph's Spa Barn but you will remain liable for the full balance of the holiday rental fee. We will seek to re-let the Property for all or part of the booking period and, if successfully, will refund the money paid by you less an administrative charge of £50.
 
We reserves the right to re-let at a discount or for a shorter period in which case we will pay the refund or aproportion of it if the Property is re-let for a shorter period, less the discount and administration charge.
 
Ralph's Spa Barn does not operate any scheme of cancellation or travel insurance and you should obtain your own insurance cover for the holiday.
 
Ralph's Spa Barn reserves the right to cancel the booking anytime in the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control ..
 
Festival and Bestival and Cowes weeks
All festival and cowes week bookings to be paid in FULL on booking and not refundable unless the week is resold.

 We strongly urge you to protect yourself against these charges by taking out adequate Holiday Cancellation Insurance.

The balance, together with the Deposit of 25%, should be received by us not later than six weeks before the beginning of your holiday.

 In the event of cancellation and if the property cannot be re-let, it will be necessary for you to pay the whole quoted price for the booked holiday, so we would advise you to take out a suitable Holiday Cancellation policy.
In the event of cancellation and the property is re-let there will be a £50 administarion charge deducted from any reimbusement. If there is a change of booking week required after the initial deposit and booking form has been received there will be an additional £50 administration charge.
